Kia ora Jude that you for sharing your fact file slide on your blog. I am glad that you found the activity fun. You have included some great facts. Under identification you have got that they are black and white. Perhaps you could include that they have great yellow eyebrow feathers too. I am intrigued by your comment about owning a penguin down south. Where is this penguin, does he/she have a name, what type of penguin is it, and how do you own it?

kia ora Jude, wow, what a great birthday present. Going down to see him will be an exciting trip. What type of penguin is it? I have seen penguins in the wild before. I saw a little blue penguin swimming in the water over on Waihiki as the ferry was pulling into port. The other time was when I was on Tiritiri Matangi, there were some little blue penguins in the nesting boxes.
