ReplyDeleteI like your volcano poems! I particularly like the last lines 'I'm strong, tough, fearless and proud' This is an example of personification, describing the volcano like you would describe a person. It painted a great picture in my mind - Well done!
Kia ora Jude, thank you for sharing your writing with us. I enjoyed hearing you read your poems - you spoke at a good pace and with a clear voice.
ReplyDeleteDo you enjoy writing poetry or prefer story writing?
Kia pai tō rā. (Have a good day.)
Kia ora Jude, thank you for sharing your poems on your blog. I am finding it a bit tricky to identify they type of eruption your haiku is talking about as it doesn't mention the lava. However, I noticed that you have said that it is a cone shape, so I am going to guess that it is a tuff cone eruption. Am I correct?
